I used a digital scrapbook kit from Kay Miller Designs called "Pick of the Patch"
The photo editing was done with the program Adobe Lightroom. Up the fill light and clarity beyond normal and lower the saturation a bit you can get the colorized effect. Most photo editors including Iphoto can do those basic adjustments.
