This canvas is first order I made with artscow, and the quality is very good, in fact I was astonished with its color and clearness. No doubt I will try it before. I ordered 4 11*14" on 6/4/09 and received it in 10 days. Very good service.

once silverlight plug-in is installed, it works fine. BUT... even my 10MP digital camera cannot take a photo that's 4500x3000 res or higher... bummer...

I ordered two 16 x 20 canvases. I was very pleased to have them arrive in great shape and the print quality was up to expectation. I had problems with getting the images online and the way that I wanted them originally but customer service really helped me to work things out. I am very pleased with the prints which are on 100% cotton canvas. They look beautiful and are a great way for me to display wedding photos for a fraction of the cost of a stretched canvas elsewhere. They come rolled in a tube, I took them out and let the canvas relax and placed them into a regular depth 16 x 20 frame. I am so pleased!

I was surprised how the canvas came in a cyclinder packaging. I too had thought it would come in a wooden frame. The quality of the canvas was great. The colors were vibrant and was of professional quality. Hopefully soon, Artscow will offer a 11" x 14" (stretch). For now my canvas will sit in the packaging until I find a frame for it.

I ordered the 2 pcs 16x20 canvas for $16.99. I was thinking you can't beat that, but I was also a little skeptical: You get what you pay for! I was plesantly surprised when I recieved the 2 canvas approx 1 and half weeks from the day I ordered it. It was properly packaged. The quality was superb! It's exactly like it's described in the product description. I had portraits of my kid printed. They were beautiful. The picture quality was the same as the picture I submitted. I will recommend this product to friends and family.

I ordered a canvas and stretched my photo to its limit as far as pixels go. If I had it to do over again, I'd probably just get a smaller canvas. It turned out fine, though. The overall quality is good, but it isn't super glossy and thick like the ones you see at craft stores like JoAnn or photo shops. It was perfectly shipped and arrived sooner than I thought it would.

My husband and I were looking for a way to display our wedding photos, and this canvas was perfect! We received it last week, and I haven't had a chance to stretch it yet. The image is perfectly clear and looks fabulous and very professional! Thank you!

I took advantage of the current special to purchase two 16x20 canvases of some digital paintings I've done.

Overall, I'm very pleased for the money.

I've heard complaints that they're just "textured paper". I disagree. It looks just like the unmounted canvas prints I've gotten from other labs, and it's most definitely cotton canvas.

I also knew up front that they were unmounted and unstretched. If you plan on stretching your canvas, remember that you'll end up with a final canvas size smaller than 16x20. You can easily mount them on acid free matboard with an acid free adhesive spray, which frames nicely.

This is how it comes (rolled in a tube, protected by tissue paper). I forgot to photograph it with the plastic still on it, but the canvases are protected by a plastic sleeve inside the shipping tube.

As you can see, there's a little evidence that the original print was rolled (just like when you buy a poster print from the store), but I do think that once I mount it, that won't be noticeable.

One of my canvases did have a dent in it (it's not quite a crease, but it's still visible) that runs vertically through the entire right side of the canvas (in the picture, you can see it to the right of her arm). I do think this will still show when I mount it unfortunately. The edges are also curled from shipping, but I think that can be easily remedied by simply rolling it the opposite direction and storing it in the tubing overnight, so I'm unconcerned about that part.

Overall, I'm happy. My other lab charges $40 for an unmounted canvas of this size -- I got these two for $16.99 shipped. Like I said, there are a few minor issues (the dent in one of the canvases being the biggest one), but for the price.... I would order these again in the future for gifts, especially when they're on sale.
