This is not my book, but the person appears to have made their own book offline then uploaded it. Photoshop, Scrapbook Flair (more tedious), and other scrapbooking software out there usually make books turn out this nice. I've tried just about every theme on ArtsCow and haven't seen this one. Good luck. :)
