Printing Bleed Area

Please extend your picture and fill the bleed area (grey area) COMPLETELY. Leaving the bleed area unfilled or semi-filled will result in undesired marginal white gap, and bleed area may be trimmed off in the final product. You are strongly advised to completely fill the bleed area with non-essential elements of your photo. Take your own risk if you do not fill the bleed area COMPLETELY.

Image Requirements

  • The maximum images size that can be imported is 10 MB (10,240 KB).
  • We recommend the following images formats: .JPG, .PNG.
  • We suggest you make the image that you are importing the same size that you'll use on your design.
  • Poor printing quality may result from enlarged and/or low resolution images. We recommend using at least 150 DPI (dots per inch).

Credit Card AuthFailed/ Declined

The bank does not give specific reasons why cards are AuthFailed or Declined. However, there are several common reasons why a credit card may be declined. They are:

  • Invalid CCV - On the back of the card, normally near the signature is several numbers. Your card Verification number CCV is the last three numbers.
  • Incorrect expiry date.
  • Card is overdrawn.
  • It may have an overseas or internet block on the card. (Contact your issuing bank to find out.)
  • May exceed cards single transaction limit.
