8x12 board for Courier Chess. I made this for use with Artscow by scanning halves of some cheap folding wooden chess boards, and merging and fiddling with them in GIMP. On a 12" x 18" plate mat the squares should be larger than 1.25". I've centered the image properly but for some reason the Artscow previews never look right, at least not in Firefox. And the finished product is usually a little off, but I've left enough room so that it should not be a problem. I will post the image on BoardGameGeek.com in case anyone wants to use it in their own way.
