Customer Service was polite when I submitted the incorrect image for my print, they refunded me in Cash Dollars and allowed me to repurchase the item that way.

Review: I love how the case came out. The design looks great, even though the images i uploaded were in RGB mode, the printed result looks amazing. The cloth is soft and cool.

Pros: Beautiful print quality, soft silky fabric, and a nice "pocket" closure instead of a zipper.

Cons: The only thing I would change is to not have a visible white seam around the edge. Other than that, it's absolutely perfect!.
