About me :
Mistakes you want to avoid while using a vacuum
The cleaning task in your house might require you to use the vacuum cleaner every day. Maybe for cleaning the carpet, removing all the pet hair stuck on your couch, or every kind of dust that you don't want to see in your house. I have chosen the
Shark NV360 vacuum as my cleaning best-friend for a long time now. Even the equipment is pretty much an all-rounder upright vacuum cleaner that can easily handle most of the mess. However, I understand it is essential to avoid some cleaning mistakes that might ruin my best friend and end up causing me to invest even more in vacuum shopping. So, I will share these small tips of how I and my blue shark vacuum can be friends for such a long time.
How is your dust cup?
My shark lift-away deluxe vacuum is designed with a dust cup to simplify the emptying dust after the cleaning process. All I need to do is hit the button on the machine's body, the bottom of the dust cup will open and release everything inside it to the trash can. This is such an easy step to do after every time you finish your clean task. Moreover, it might be more important than you think. Because if you let your vacuum work while carrying a lot of dust inside it, it would work less effective and require more power to suck more dust from the outside, leading to overheating the whole equipment. And we don't want that, do we? Hence, remember to empty your dust cup regularly.

Be aware of what you are treating your vacuum friend
No matter how powerful your vacuums are, there are still many objects that you shouldn't let your vacuum suck in. Of course, they are the cleaning tool that we use to remove dust and dirt from our home, but please keep it in mind that vacuums are not made to deal with everything left on your floors. For instance, my shark vacuum is equipped with a pet power brush, which you usually find in your vacuum's attachments list. It handles pet hair perfectly on the fabric surface, floors, and everywhere. But still, you shouldn't use this tool to vacuum up hair, especially long hair mess, since it can quickly clog up the vacuum, stuck on the brush. It would be the quickest way to break your vacuum.

When the vacuum doesn’t suck right

Even with a vacuum with a mighty suction power like the navigator lift-away dlx vacuum cleaner, I suddenly lost suction when using this vacuum just because I didn't clean the vacuum properly. But the key is: do not panic in this situation. Maybe your vacuum isn't broken, it must be because you didn't empty the dust cup from the last cleaning, there is something that is clogging the vacuum's hose, the hose doesn't connect to the vacuum properly, or something is stuck in the brush roll and doesn't let it work. Trust me. More than one time, addressing these issues would be all you need to do to solve the problem. But if it doesn't work after that, it's best to find your user manual and contact the customer service, and they would be able to help.
