Terms and Conditions

1. This guarantee is valid to customers with an mainland USA/UK/Australia or Canada shipping address only.
2. Full payment must be cleared on or before 30th November 11:59pm (Hong Kong time).
3. Compensation cannot be replaced or exchanged for cash or alternative items.
4. The guarantee is void in the case of the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment on the first delivery attempt, or if the recipient fails to give a signature.
5. The guarantee is void if you provide us with an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
6. Shipping and handling charges will apply for the photo book.
7. The guarantee does not apply to deliveries that are delayed to due to causes beyond ArtsCow's and/or the courier's control, including but not limited to, the following: acts of God; acts of public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority; acts or omissions of customs or similar authorities; insufficient information provided by a customer; the application of security regulations imposed by the government, or otherwise applicable to the delivery location; riots, strikes or other labor disputes; war, military actions or police actions; acts of terrorism; civil unrest; disruptions in air or ground transportation networks; and natural disasters.
8. In case of dispute, ArtsCow's decision will be final.
