Exchange & Return


ArtsCow customizes every product for our customer on a personal basis. Such customization allows us to offer better products as well as ample unique design templates to customers. For that reason, ArtsCow will not accept returns or exchanges of product due to customers' desire to change the size, style, color, art or design of the product that they ordered.

Our responsibility is to duplicate designs, to the best of our ability, which are submitted even though the image given is low resolution or may be defective in some way. ArtsCow will imprint design exactly as it is received from customer and therefore, we do not accept request to alter the design that is submitted with the order.


Sizing

ArtsCow provides precise measurement at the corresponding product description page and therefore is not responsible for incorrect size ordering.


Refunds

ArtsCow does not provide cash refunds for products which are shown to be defective. It is our strict policy to either repair or to remake all truly defective products and to re-ship the order at our expense.


Defect Items

If you receive a defect or damaged item, please contact our customer service team with a digital image of the defected product along with a clear description of the damage. This will help in speeding up the process and in many cases a refund or replacement can be swiftly issued.
If the damaged item cannot be verified over the phone or by e-mail, the item will have to be returned to ArtsCow to be inspected before further actions can be taken.


Return Authorization Number

ArtsCow will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and return address once a valid claim regarding defective product is submitted to support@ArtsCow.com. This claim must be submitted within 5 business days of the products receipt by the customer and received by ArtsCow within 30 days of the products receipt.

When requesting a Return Authorization Number, the following information is required:

  • Detailed reason for return
  • Has the product been washed or worn?
  • Is the product potentially wearable/ usable or a complete loss to you?

  • Please write down the customer's order number in the email subject line

    ArtsCow customer service team will make every effort to reply your email within 24-48 hours. If no further information is required, we will send you the Return Authorization Number and return address directly. Note that Return Authorization Number must be marked clearly on the returned item.

    Once the product is returned to ArtsCow via standard or tracked USPS mail (ArtsCow will not be responsible for lost returns), ArtsCow Quality Control team will inspect to determine whether or not the product is deemed defective. "Defective" is defined as a material manufacturers flaw in the product itself or a material error in the imprinting or embroidering of the product. Slight variations in color, design, product size, design size or product "look" are not considered as defects. A 15% re-stocking and return shipping fee will be charged for all non-defective merchandise or if the damage is determined not to be the fault of ArtsCow.

    Cancellations

    Due to the unique nature of custom made orders, cancellation is not possible. However, replacement will be arranged if product is deemed defective (see above).
