Cancel or Modify an Order
If you need to cancel or modify your order, contact our customer service. Please include the order number of the item(s) that you would like to cancel or modify to ensure accuracy.
Please keep in mind, if your order has been started processing already, you cannot cancel or modify it.
Check Order Status
If you want to check the status of your order(s), you can login and visit the Order History page. All handling status will be shown here regarding your order(s).
If your order has been shipped via FedEx, you may track it using links provided in your order detail. It may take up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be posted on the FedEx website.

Credit Card AuthFailed/ Declined
The bank does not give specific reasons why cards are AuthFailed or Declined. However, there are several common reasons why a credit card may be declined. They are:
- Invalid CCV - On the back of the card, normally near the signature is several numbers. Your card Verification number CCV is the last three numbers.
- Incorrect expiry date.
- Card is overdrawn.
- It may have an overseas or internet block on the card. (Contact your issuing bank to find out.)
- May exceed cards single transaction limit.
Alternatively, in ArtsCow.com, you can use Paypal to checkout, and pay with your credit card. You can pay by Paypal without a Paypal account.
