 I used the lasso tool to select them with a 5px feather then hit Ctrl + J to duplicate the selection - cleaned up w/a soft eraser at about 70% opacity and then dragged the layer onto the scrap page. Added a nice deep drop shadow for depth. It was really quick, actually.
