How does this contest work?
First, you need to create and submit your own designer kit(s) here. When our customers select your digital scrapbooking designer kit and click “Add to My Kits”, our system will record the total numbers of your digital scrapbooking kit which have been added by our customers.
The digital scrapbooking designer kit contest is conducted on bi-weekly basis, and the cut-off time of the statistics we record will be at 0:00 am (Hong Kong Time Zone: GMT + 8) on each Sunday. The digital scrapbooking kit designer(s) who have the most total numbers of “Bi-Weekly Use Count” will be the 1st prize winner, and so on for 2nd and 3rd prize winners.
How to win the cash prizes of digital scrapbooking designer kits contest?
1). We highly recommend our designers to list digital scrapbooking designer kits for FREE at the beginning, to attract more customers to select and Add to My Kits, in order to have a bigger chance to win the cash prizes. (After the contest, you may consider to change it from Free to the amount you want to charge.)

- This digital scrapbooking designer kits contest is conducted by ArtsCow.com.
- This contest is open to anyone.
- For digital scrapbooking designer kits, please add at least 2 scrapbook pages with the kits. For scrapbook quick pages, they are not welcome here, we reserve the rights to cancel the contest qualification of the kits.
- Contestants are responsible for compliance with applicable laws in jurisdictions where they reside.
- By entering this contest, entrants automatically agree to be bound by the terms of this contest as listed in this Contest Terms and Conditions.
- Failure to adhere to the terms and conditions listed in this Contest Terms and Conditions will result in disqualification of any submitted entries, and the nullification of contestant privileges to further participate in the contest.
2. PRIZES of Digital Scrapbooking Designer Kits Contest
- First prize. The Contest grand prize winner will win $100 cash
- Second prize. The Contest 2nd prize winner will win $50 cash.
- Third prize. The Contest 3rd prize winner will win $20 cash.
- 4Th - 10Th prize. The Contest 4th to 10th prize winners will win $10 cash.
- 11Th - 20Th prize. The Contest 11th to 20th prize winners will win $5 cash.
- Notification of Winners. Winners of prizes will be notified immediately by email

- Submitted Content. Contestants are not allowed to submit offensive, pornographic, obscene, criminal or adult themes, links or images. ArtsCow.com reserve the rights to decide what constitutes deletion, suspension, or banning within the contest.
